Ongehoord / Human Ecology : Book launch Michel Bauwens

Ongehoord / Human Ecology : Book launch Michel Bauwens

Peer-to-peer (P2P) is a way of producing whereby people create goods as equals, and use it communally - such as Wikipedia. According to the P2P Foundation, this way of producing can create an economy that combines fairness, durability and openness. This can lead to a profound change, creating a society centered around ‘commons’, cooperative bonds between people, away from market or state. Michel Bauwens and Vasilis Kostakis explain the principles in their book Peer-to-Peer. Manifest for a commons transition, translated into Dutch by Oikos. The book presents the insights in a commons transition that grew from debates within and hosted by the P2P Foundation.

The full panel will be announced later.
