SEASON TICKET 23-24

season ticket = reduction + STUKcard 23-24
Choose at least 5 (paying) performances and you pay the reduction price, which is € 4 per ticket cheaper than the basic price. In addition, you receive a personal STUKcard with which you can buy tickets at a reduced rate for all STUK activities (performances, concerts ...) of the current season 23-24. Go to stuk.be/en/dance en click on the season ticket button.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

Go to the page of the performance en click on 'TICKETS'. Follow the instructions.

TICKET RESERVATIONS

STUK Reception is open again: Mo — Fr 10:00 - 13:00, 14:00 - 17:30 & 19:00 - 21:00, Sa — Su & holidays: 30' before the start of every film. You can call us at +32 (0)16 14 66 80 (during office hours). Booking tickets is preferably done via the site or by e-mail.

Mail us at ticket@stuk.be and state the specific performance, date, number of tickets (and tier 1 or 2 for Schouwburg performances). The reservation is only valid when you receive a confirmation mail, which also explains how you can pay through transfer.

UITPAS MET KANSENTARIEF

If you have an UiTpas with kansentarief and you wish to book tickets, you can do so directly on the page of the event you want tickets for. Just click the black 'TICKET' button, select 'UiTPAS kansentarief' and fill in your UiTPAS number. Or you can send a mail to ticket@stuk.be and mention the performance, the date and your UiTpas-number. Don't forget to bring your UITpas with you when picking up tickets at the ticket office. We need the UiTpas to register your tickets.

OTHER REDUCTIONS

STUKcard / Culture Card

BUY YOUR STUK CARD ONLINE
The STUK card gives you a discount on almost every event that is organized by STUK. It costs only €8, so it's paid back after about 2 performances. The STUKcard is valid for one year, it is personal (and has to be shown in order to get a discount). In order to benefit from the reduced price your STUK membership card has to be valid at the time of payment.

The STUK card is strictly personal, linked to the name on the order.
So if you want to buy a STUK card for yourself and one for your partner, you have to place 2 seperate orders. We are working on a more elegant solution.

When registering, students from the KU Leuven, UC Leuven-Limburg and Luca School of Arts Campus Lemmens can buy a Culture Card, which gives you the same reduction as the STUK membership card. Both STUK card holders and Culture Card holders can buy tickets online at the reduced price.

Just like previous seasons, STUK offers a reduction for everyone who is 18 or younger. That way, STUK wants to give culture-loving scholars easier access to STUK. Just show your ID card at STUK Reception, and you’ll get tickets at reduction price.

SECTOR PASS OKO

On showing your oKo season pass oKo 23-24, you get your tickets at reduction price.

COMPANIONS

If you accompany someone with reduced mobility to performances in STUK, you get a free ticket. Tickets for the companion are only available at STUK Reception, in combination with a paying ticket.

PRACTICAL INFO

CANCELLING TICKETS

Tickets shall only be reimbursed when a performance is cancelled. Tickets could be exchanged, but only for those of the same performance at another date. Please bring the tickets to be exchanged if you wish to use this option.

WAITING LISTS

STUK has two types of waiting lists for performances at STUK.

• Throughout the season, tickets can become available for sold out performances. You can take place on the waiting list for these performances via the web page of the performance (www.stuk.be). As soon as tickets become available, you’ll be the first to know.
• If you couldn't get a ticket via the online waiting list, you could always try the second waiting list on the evening itself. On the evening of the performance, we fill the empty seats (e.g. of people who don't show up) with ‘laissez-passers’ — last-minute tickets sold at reduction price. Starting at 19:30 you can drop by STUK Box Office or call 016 320 325 and put your name on the list. Ten minutes before the start of the performance, we will start selling the ‘laissez passers’, in order of registration on the list. We cannot guarantee you a ticket, but it is definitely worth the try.
  

COME IN TIME

As a rule performances start punctually at the time stated on the ticket. Unfortunately latecomers will not be admitted to the venue once the performance has started - to ensure the best experience for audience and artists, our performances are held with closed doors. Tickets that have been sold but were not used shall not be reimbursed.

SUPERVISION OF MINORS

Children under 12 must always be accompanied by one or more adults. Groups of children under 7 must be accompanied by at least 1 supervisor for every 10 children. Groups of children under 12 by at least 1 supervisor per 15 children. The evening manager has the right to deny access to the hall if there is no or insufficient supervision.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Belgian legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for cultural activities.

In general, the customer has the right to return goods and within 14 days after he/she has informed the trader of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract. There are exceptions to this rule for situations for which a right of withdrawal is inappropriate, given, for example, the nature of certain goods and services. These include:

- certain services where the conclusion of the contract implies the retention of a certain capacity which, if a right of withdrawal were exercised, would be difficult for the trader to fill (eg reservations made in hotels, or at cultural and sporting events).
