FLEXIBLE SEASON TICKET 11-12
If you want to plan your cultural agenda up front, STUK offers you the
possibility of putting together your personalized season ticket. Make your
choice of a minimum of 5 performances from the theatre and dance events on
offer and you can benefit from a price discount. Should you wish to see
extra performances during the course of the season, you will also get these
tickets at a reduced price.

BUY TICKETS ONLINE
You can also buy your tickets for all the performances online. Go via
'programme' to the performance you want to order tickets for and then click
on 'tickets'. At the end of the session you will be asked to fill in your
personal data. You will get a confirmation of your purchase via e-mail. You
can pay online with VISA, MasterCard or through bank transfer (bank account
BE86 734 4292000 50, BIC: KREDBEBB). The tickets are posted to your home
address for free provided we have received your payment more than one week
before the start of the performance. If you have paid later, the tickets
will be available at the box office for you to collect. Do not forget to
bring proof of payment when collecting tickets at the box office.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES
PRICES
Each price includes €1 administration
cost.
THEATRE AND DANCE
The standard prices for
performances taking place in STUK are €15, €13 or €10. A season ticket or a
STUK membership card entitles you to a discount and you will pay
respectively €11, €9 or €6. For the performances taking place in the
Theatre you will also find a standard price and a reduced price.
CONCERTS
Concerts have a variable pricing structure.
This means the price can be different depending on which concert you want
to attend. If you buy tickets in advance you can benefit from a substantial
discount. Keep an eye on our monthly flyers.
FILMS
You can buy tickets at the box office or in
presale but you can not book them in advance. With STUK membership card
€4,5 | without STUK membership card €6 or €27 for a ‘ZESxZEd' ticket (6
performances of your choice).
DISCOUNTS
STUK MEMBERSHIP CARD / K.U.LEUVEN CULTURE CARD
The
STUK membership card will also be continued next season. It entitles you to
a discount on almost every event that is organized by STUK. At a price of
€12 you will recover more than your costs after merely 3 performances. When
registering, students from the K.U.Leuven, KHLeuven,
Lemmensinstituut, Groep T can buy a K.U.Leuven
Culture Card, which is put on a par with the STUK
membership card. The STUK membership card is valid for one year, it is
personal (and has to be shown in order to get a discount). In order to
benefit from the reduced price your STUK membership card has to be valid at
the time of payment. STUK membership card holders can also buy tickets
online at the reduced price. You can buy a STUK membership card at the STUK
Reception.
SEASON TICKET

Season tickets can also be orderd online. Select the ticket link of your
chosen performances (min. 5) and choose the reduction price.
PRESALE
The presale discount is only applicable to
concerts.
DUBBELSPEL
The Dubbelspel discount is a unique discount formula for two performances
which are linked in the Double Play Programme (STUK in cooperation with
30CC). For more details please consult the Double Play brochure, which you
can apply for at STUK for free.
HOW TO BOOK?
You can book season tickets by sending the order form by post (Naamsestraat
96, Leuven) or by fax (016/320 330).
Tickets for a single performance can be booked:
- through the ONLINE sales service on the website www.stuk.be, 7/7 and
24/24. A new facility is now available: you can also pay through bank
transfer. Please keep in mind that your reservation will expire if we have
not received your payment within one week after the booking was made.

- by visiting the STUK Reception personally
- by sending an e-mail to ticket@stuk.be or through www.stuk.be. Please
keep in mind that your e-mail reservation is only valid if you have
received a confirmation.
- by telephone on 016/320 320.
HOW TO PAY?
- At the STUK Reception you can pay cash,
with Proton, Bancontact and VISA or MasterCard.
- When booking by telephone you can pay with VISA, MasterCard or through a
bank transfer mentioning your name.
- You can pay online with VISA, MasterCard or through bank transfer. The
tickets are posted to your home address for free provided we have received
your payment more than one week before the start of the performance. If you
have paid later, the tickets will be available at the box office for you to
collect. Do not forget to bring proof of payment when collecting tickets at
the box office.
UNPAID RESERVATIONS WILL EXPIRE
Your reservation will
be valid for a month and will expire automatically after this term has
expired. This means we expect to receive your payment by the end of the
term. When booking tickets less than a month prior to the performance, you
can collect your ticket(s) at the evening box office, at the latest half an
hour before the start of the performance. Any tickets which have not been
picked up by then will be made available for sale again. Tickets for
performances taking place at the Theatre have to be paid in advance. If you
are unable to attend the performance after all, we would appreciate it if
you could inform the STUK Reception.
TICKET EXCHANGE
Tickets shall only be reimbursed when a
performance is cancelled. Tickets can be exchanged, but only for those of
the same performance at another date. Please bring the tickets to be
exchanged if you wish to use this option.
SCHOOLS
School groups (as from 10 pupils)
benefit from a special discount. A pupil can attend a performance at STUK
for just €6 (standard price €10), €7 (standard price €13) or €9 (standard
price €15). The accompanying teachers receive a free ticket. Schools are
only allowed to take up a maximum of 20% of the total capacity of the
auditorium. Applications are always settled between the responsible teacher
and the STUK Reception. For performances which are taking place at the
Theatre please refer to 30CC.
WAITING LIST
A waiting list will be put into place
for those performances that have been sold out. You can call as from 11:00
hrs in the morning on the day of the performance and your name will be put
on the list. The waiting list shall be announced ten minutes before the
start of the performance. You do not have any guarantee of obtaining a
ticket but it is worth a try.
LATECOMERS
As a rule performances start punctually
at the time stated on the ticket. Unfortunately latecomers will not be
admitted to the auditorium once the performance has started. Tickets that
have been sold but were not used shall not be reimbursed.
