Since her 2021 debut album im hole on the renowned Hyperdub label, English producer and vocalist aya is known for her estranging sound and intense live performances. Grime from a different univers, lightning-fast bootlegs, twisted beats and distorted vocals. Her live performances are physical and in-your-face. Next to creating music, aya also runs a record label (YCO) and makes radio shows (NTS Radio).
