Rehearsal rooms

Good to know:

• You can only book a pavilion for the current or next week.

• You can reserve a pavilion for 1 or 2 hours.

• Before your rehearsal, you need to collect/return the key at STUKcafé. In exchange for your KUL culture card or STUK card, you will be given the key.

• Come on time and stop on time so that the next user can also start on time.

• Can't make it and want to cancel or change your reservation? Then follow the instructions you received in the confirmation e-mail of your reservation.

How can you change a reservation?

• Go to your personal URL that you received in the first confirmation e-mail.

• Click on the reservation you want to modify and change the details (e.g. date or time).

• Once you have clicked on ‘save’, you will receive a new confirmation e-mail.

How can you cancel a reservation?

• Go to your personal URL that you received in the first confirmation e-mail.

• Type your own surname in the search bar. You will then get an overview of all your reservations. Click the red cross behind the reservation you want to delete and then click ‘confirm’. You will receive a new e-mail confirming the cancellation of your reservation.

ACCESSIBILITY

STEK workspace is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Accessible (MIVA) toilets are available on level -3 near STUKcafé and on level -2 in the central restroom block at the reception.
The music pavilions themselves are unfortunately not accessible.
