Socks and stockings dance like crazy. Sweaters become funny little creatures. Sweet monsters pop up in tiny holes, sleeves and trouser legs. Touched by the music, an unusual singer sings a passionate duet with the girl with the long arms. In the wonderful world of MOUW, everything that is different can be very special.
MOUW is an original dance theatre performance full of weird little creatures that show you it's perfectly fine to be different. The unusual musical instruments like the oud or alphorn give MOUW its unique sound.
Actors, musicians and a dancer play with figures, space, music and audiance. With this fantastical interaction, they manage to provoke marvel and curiosity of the youngest and the less young. A cosy and heart-warming performance.
