Invite your clients or employees to an exclusive experience featuring a private guided tour of the Artefact exhibition, an inspiring conversation with gallery owner and art expert Sofie Van de Velde, and valuable networking opportunities.

Networking in a Unique Setting
We’ll kick off the evening at STUK Grand Café, with a view of an artwork. Enjoy a drink and refined bites while making new connections or strengthening existing relationships in a warm, artistic atmosphere.

A Conversation with Sofie Van de Velde
Gallery owner and art expert Sofie Van de Velde, known for her role as an expert on the TV programme Stukken van Mensen, will share her personal perspective on art and her experiences in the Belgian art world. The exact topic of her contribution will be announced at a later date.

Exclusive Guided Tour of Artefact
A guide will take you through an exhibition featuring national and international artists, including Sophie Calle, Miranda July and Thomas Verstraeten. Exploring the question “How does the literary genre of autofiction translate into contemporary visual art?”, you’ll discover some of the exhibition’s highlights.

Your Contribution Makes an Impact
By taking part, you support the festival and help give more than 5,000 visitors the opportunity to discover Artefact with the guidance of an expert.

When: Tuesday, 16 February 2027. Start at 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm or 7:30 pm (your choice)
Where: STUK, Naamsestraat 96, 3000 Leuven (Q-Park 100 metres away)
Who: Groups of up to 20 people
Contribution: €1,500 excl. VAT per group
