“No parents allowed!” says a bouncer at the door, “this club is for children only”.
(Adults simply don’t fit in with their big bodies.)

The pounding beats can be heard outside and steam is seeping out through the cracks. Little party animals are breaking free from parental authority for the first time.

Welcome to Bonkers Kidsrave, a nomadic club for partygoers aged 5 and over. Installation, nightclub, theatrical experience and online radio: Bonkers Kidsrave is all of these. But above all, it is a playful exploration of the adult world and learning to let go. Inside, experimental gabber music, immersive Eurodance and dubby grooves blast through the speakers. Smoke and bubble machines are running at full blast. Too wild? Don’t worry: interactive elements help the young ravers find their own rhythm in a world created especially for them.

Musically, there are no compromises, as the DJs are all professionals. You can find the day’s line-up at the club and on Bonkers Kidsrave’s social media. And the party doesn’t stop there: every DJ set is uploaded to the online platform bonkers-kidsrave.be so the party can continue at home, this time with the parents joining in.
