clubSTUK Live presents a cocktail of DJ sets, live electronics and audiovisual performances that will get you on your feet. Early birds can first enjoy a performance in STUK Studio (21:00) by the Berlin duo Nguyễn & Transitory, who make ritualistic synthesizer music through movement and physical intimacy. Around 10pm clubSTUK live kicks off with two audiovisual concerts: especially for STUK START, Leuven’s local artist, Yusuf created a brand new live show for his EP Seraph, with visuals from digital artist Sybil Montet. With String Figures, Zoë Mc Pherson presents a total artwork in which tribal beats, voodoo grooves and the spectacular visuals of Alessandra Leone merge. The beat of the evening is then accelerated with DJ sets from Leuven’s talent JUL1USK9 (Drama Club Records), Brussels-based Cabasa (Under My Garage) and upcoming Amsterdammer KI/KI (SPIELRAUM), who are inspired by 90s aesthetics and vintage club culture.
