Listen Here: These Woods is a literal invitation to go into nature. Set to the soundtrack of the forest, of wind rustling through the leaves and birds zipping by in the branches, the forest is the dancers’ home, as they draw you into feeling the dynamic aliveness of the forest. The performance becomes a beautiful exchange between forest, dance and audience. In Listen Here: These Woods, the forest is not dominated by humans, but it becomes a full collaborator to cultivate a wider sense of awareness of our surroundings and our bond with nature. A show for anyone who wants to strengthen their connection with nature!

We start the afternoon with a low-key movement meditation session in the woods (ca. 1 hour), which can be combined with the performance at 15:30.

"We will stand, walk, listen, talk and explore movements that connect us to the forest. We open up our senses and move into the here and now. This is a chance to let go and receive our surroundings, as well as a chance to wake up and be enlivened by the energy of the other living beings around us."

The entire afternoon takes place in the woods, in open air. Check the wheather beforehand :-)
