Daniel Linehan / Hiatus - The Quiet Magic

Daniel Linehan & Victor Perez Armero are working on their new creation, The Quiet Magic, which premieres at the Festival de Marseille in late June.

The Quiet Magic explores the organic connection between music and dance. Inspired by the compositions of Adrianne Lenker, Linehan presents a performance in which the dancers enter into a dialogue with the music through intentional impulsivity and vulnerable movements. The fluid and striking dance language, stripped of spectacle and artifice, invites us to reflect on the essence and our relationship to shared experiences. In this intimate performance, Linehan explores how we can treat one another with care in a world dominated by noise and an overload of stimuli.
