The unwearying Bert Dockx concludes the season with his highly personal cover-album Transit.
With his new solo album Transit the unwearying Bert Dockx adds a fascinating chapter to his ever expanding musical story. Known from bands like Flying Horseman and Dans Dans, the singer songwriter collects adventurous covers of iconic songs - think Bruce Springsteen’s I’m On Fire or Albatross by Fleetwood Mac. No repetition of the original, but original translations that mirror Dockx’ deep connection with this music. Transit was recorded live integrally (on video too, check YouTube!) in Dockx’ Ghent studio. Expect an intense and honest concert on the cosy STUKcafé.
