Relaxed performances
Relaxed performances are sensory-friendly performances where we take a calmer approach:
The music is played at a lower level, so you can listen in a relaxed way
We keep the lights on, so you don't feel lost in the dark
Bright lights on stage are dimmed
Moving around, talking or making noise is completely fine
The doors stay open, you can leave the room whenever you feel like it
The performance tell you what to expect before they start
Before the performance, you get extra information about the show and your visit
This way, we hope you feel like giving STUK a try, or taking someone along who didn't feel comfortable with visiting us. Everyone is welcome!

HOLDERS is a touching performance about how older bodies keep track of memories.
Five women of 65 years and older - not professional dancers - take central stage in a large textile installation that represents the memory. While they knit and loosen pieces of fabric, they share stories - sometimes soft, sometimes loud, sometimes while singing or whispering. The women move through the textile structure and take the audience on a trip full of memories, emotions and connection. Their honest presence makes for an intimate and powerful performance, inviting you to closely experience it - as an audience member and participant.
How much does it cost?
Standard price: €18 per person
Group price: 50% reductie = €9 per person
UiTPAS: 80% reduction = €3,6 per person
