tout petit - Internationale uitwisseling omtrent dans voor een jong publiek
Three-day exchange of expertise on making dance for a young audience
tout petit organises a 3-day event focusing on the exchange of expertise. Makers of “dance productions for young audiences” are invited to reflect, share their practice and experiment together. This exchange has an impact on three levels: it enriches individual makers, strengthens practice within companies and contributes to the development of the “dance for young audiences” sub-discipline. Insights are generously shared, leading to mutual inspiration and deepening.
It is a week of re-energising and meeting. On the one hand, tout petit does landscape care with this. Expertise is built up and shared, both with makers from Flanders and internationally. On the other hand, this exchange facilitates encounters between makers. New collaborations can arise from this. The participants in the June 2025 international exchange are:

The company is unique in Flanders and has a special role in Europe. tout petit makes the fundamental choice to create dance for young audiences, pushing artistic boundaries. It places the dialogue between scenography, dance and music at the heart of its work. Its clear artistic choices create a universe that challenges both young and adult audiences. The work of tout petit is characterised by its generosity, its commitment to the audience.
