The Verbeeck Room is a characterful, warm pillar room with a wooden floor and a beautiful view of STUK and Leuven, including a panoramic view of Gasthuisberg. This room offers the ideal setting for meetings, plenary sessions, presentations, receptions, walking dinners and small-scale theater productions.

ENTRANCE
The room is located on level 6 - Block A - room 11, at the front of STUK, adjacent to Naamsestraat.
- Entrance along Naamsestraat: go through the double gray door. Take the stairs on the right up three floors. The Verbeeck Hall is above the Expo Hall.
- Entrance along Schapenstraat: take the stairs to the courtyard level. Go through the small white door in front of the reception area on the left. Then take the stairs on the left to the level of STUKcafe. Continue through the stairs on your right to level 6 of the Verbeeck Hall.
ACCESSIBILITY
The hall is accessible to persons with mobile disabilities through the Naamsestraat entrance. Take the passenger elevator one floor down to the courtyard. You will find the elevator at the back right on level 2 of the courtyard. Cross the reception area and then take the elevator at the back to level 6. There is plenty of room for wheelchair users.

Room use at KUL goes through the KUL room reservation and events service. You first contact the service for a request. After that, you get an authorization from the premises service with approval from STUK. The event can only take place after further coordination of logistics and catering with STUK. In addition, we charge a coordination fee of minimum 75 euro excluding VAT for all logistic preparations.
