Student society Alfa Archaeology dives into the world of Gallo-Roman during their annual artefact exhibition

Get to know the Gallo-Roman in the Low Countries. To what extent were the Gauls influenced when the Romans arrived by their cultural and linguistic customs? And was there mutual influence by the indigenous cultures on the Romans? What elements of Gallic and Roman culture eventually formed the Gallo-Roman?
