Hold On 2 Your Kicks #2

After last year’s successful start with Hold On 2 Your Kicks, Straatrijk and STUK are again joining forces for a new edition. Hold On 2 Your Kicks is a trajectory in which urban choreographers are given the opportunity to develop their own work in progress. Through an open call, Straatrijk selects six choreographers from the world of urban dance. At Straatrijk they create their own piece under the guidance of experienced choreographers from the contemporary dance circuit. In a dance programme packed with variety, we then showcase the six selected pieces to you, the audience. Expect a choreographic whirlwind in which urban styles such as house, popping, locking and break dance effortlessly ow from one to the other.
