For two decades, Flemish composer, harpist and double bass player Ann Eysermans has been making waves in both the contemporary classical world (ChampdAction) and the experimental underground scene (Fnussjen, FENNA). In 2022 she was commissioned by Europalia Trains & Tracks to create the Prelude en Fuga voor vier diesellocomotieven en harp, resulting in an album on the Cortizona label. In 2023 that same label will release her new album MOONLIGHT SHADOH, an ode to ... her dog Shadoh. Barking, smacking, whining and other dog sounds are mixed with harp, organ, viola da gamba, noise and wicked beats. Ten diverse compositions that form an ode to her loyal pet.

Holy Tongue is reggae dub, but not as you know it. Haunting, psychedelic, spiritual, totally free in form. This should come as no surprise when you know that percussionist Valentina Magaletti and producer AI Wootton are behind the project. Magaletti has become one of the most renowned experimental musicians in recent years, known for Vanishing Twin, Tomaga, Nicolas Jaar and, of course, her own solo work, among others. Her driving rhythms take you on a trip past deep wobbly basses, jazzy harmonies and hypnotic effects, carefully arranged by AI Wootton. Their first LP Deliverance And Spiritual Warfare was recently released and their live reputation is getting more solid show after show. Massive!
