Pieter and Jakob’s brotherly relationship forms the starting point for Jake & Pete’s big reconciliation attempt for the disputes from the past. Both were born in Burundi, but one with much better memories than the other. Pieter is now a choreographer and dancer; Jakob is a singer, including for a band called The Germans.

In the performance, the brothers study each other very closely, as if in a mirror. The dancer discovers his voice, the singer learns about his body. The brothers dance, sing, walk and fight, but not without each other. Moreover, there is something that binds them; their penchant for dry humour. A preference that they just want to share with you.
