Alpacas Collective is a 10-piece band that fuses funk, afrobeat, and jazz into an explosive, danceable mix. With horns that groove and grind, a rhythm section that keeps the groove tight and irresistible, and melodies that transport you to distant horizons, they bring the best atmosphere every time. With two powerful LPs and one EP to their name, they have a wide range of thrilling compositions to draw from during their live sets.
For this concert, they’re joining forces with DJ Dysfunkshunal, a living legend behind the turntables. Known for his virtuoso scratching skills, he takes the energy to the next level. Together, they create a unique cross-pollination between live band and turntablism: raw, powerful, and guaranteed to make you dance.

The new STUK season has arrived, which automatically means a new Jazz on Sunday series at STUKcafé! Last year was full of vibrant jazz energy, and we will continue that trend in the autumn of 2025. The formula remains the same: free jazz concerts (or DJ sets) every Sunday in Leuven's most beautiful café. Every month, you can enjoy two live concerts, a special jazz evening curated by LUCA Jazz, and a DJ set with groovy jazz tunes.
