“Joyful noise each day, keeps the doctor away”, that’s the motto of DJ multiplenoise, aka Jeroen Revalk, a former radio, television, and online content creator. As a student, he was already spinning jazz records at Naamsestraat 96, back in the day at Radio Scorpio. These days, he’s still a regular at that same address, now as a volunteer at STUK, including for Jazz op zondag.
His passion for jazz in all its diverse forms runs deep. As a DJ, he loves to build his sets around a specific theme: the musical legacy of a single artist, music from a particular record label, live recordings from legendary jazz clubs, jazz in dialogue with non-Western traditions, and much more.
The new STUK season has arrived, which automatically means a new Jazz on Sunday series at STUKcafé! Last year was full of vibrant jazz energy, and we will continue that trend in the autumn of 2025. The formula remains the same: free jazz concerts (or DJ sets) every Sunday in Leuven's most beautiful café. Every month, you can enjoy two live concerts, a special jazz evening curated by LUCA Jazz, and a DJ set with groovy jazz tunes. The programme is constantly being updated, so keep an eye on the STUK website!
