Jazz op zondag: JAZMYN
JAZMYN's music moves between jazz, r&b, soul and neo soul and comes deep from the heart. Her songs, written on a tenor ukelele in her appartement in the Marolles, are colourful, organic and packed with emotion. After being trained in song and jazz, she started writing her own music in 2018. JAZMYN's music is influenced by artists like Cleo Sol and Nina Simone and combines introspective lyrics with a unique visual style. After winning second place at the Concours Circuit, she is ready to present her first EP on the STUKcafé stage. Expect an intimate duo set of JAZMYN and her guitar player.
The new STUK season is here, which means it's time for a new series of Jazz op zondag concerts in STUKcafé! Last year was packed with sparkling jazz energy, and we stay on that course this fall. The recipe remains unchanged: every Sunday we offer free jazz concerts (or dj sets) in the most beautiful café in Leuven. Every month you get two live concerts, one special evening with jam by LUCA Jazz, and a dj set with groovy jazz records.
