In this workshop, we find out how to use our lunch break in a more conscious way. In the daily rat race we tend to forget that a lunch break can be a moment of rest and reset. However, social media seem to allow no pauses for the mind. Yet these pauses are essential to keep our concentration and energy levels on track. In this workshop Mindful Break, we look at ways to be more aware of our lunch breaks, and offer some practical exercises to try out during your next lunch break. We finish the workshop with a joint meditation.
