TakeOff UUR KULTUUR 2026
Kick off the academic year with a dazzling evening of concerts, performances and installations.
Unfortunately, Birame had to cancel last-minute due to illness. We wish him a speedy recovery.
We have found a fantastic alternative Azertyklavierwerke aka Alan Van Rompuy, known from the hit song Durum Kebab, will take Biram's spot on the lineup.
We kick off the cultural year with a dazzling festival evening at the STUK arts centre. You decide where you go or stand (although you shouldn't miss the free aperitif at 7 p.m.). Classically trained musician Suzan Peeters plays the accordion like you’ve never heard before. More in the mood for a contemporary dance performance? Then drop in on Tumbleweed. In the meantime, don’t miss the concert by Azertyklavierwerke in STUKcafé. Take a breather at the exhibition by filmmaker and artist Anouk De Clercq, who is also showing a selection of films in the cinema. Afterwards, queer duo Viva Los DJs and Lorro & Emma Caers will set the roof of STUKcafé on fire. Ready for take-off?
