Suzan Peeters

The accordion like you've never heard it before.

➤ STUK Labozaal
➤ 20:00 & 21:30 (30’)
➤ Closed doors, be on time, latecomers won’t be allowed to enter. Drinks from STUKcafé are allowed.

Experimental accordionist Suzan Peeters constantly explores the musical possibilities of her instrument. She makes all the clicks of the buttons and the hiss of the bellows audible, shows the physical power of the instrument and blurs the line between acoustic and electronic sounds. In this way, she creates the illusion of a synthesiser or orchestra, but every sound actually comes from this versatile instrument. In 2025, she released her debut album Cassotto. Undoubtedly one of Belgium's most promising musicians.
