Zwerm - Great Expectations

Zwerm's latest album Badminton In Tehran (2018) was greeted with praise from many a reviewer. "What a sound, what an energy. A fantastic record." wrote De Standaard, HUMO gave it four stars, and GONZO said "Zwerm's many wanderings have lead to a multi-coloured palette and at the same time a very own sound." Zwerm will take on a residency in STUK to work on the follow-up of Badminton in Teheran. The energy described above will get a new dimension on the new LP by experimenting with exotic tunings and micro-tonality. Zwerm again works with producer Rudy Trouvé, and adds Karen Willems to the line-up for percussion and drums.
