Flesh can’t can’ t not’t ‘tis flesh h…
A multisensory exploration of identity and queer history
Imagine: we enter a post-apocalyptic sci-fi world set to the pulsing beats of reggaeton. Two burning bodies lead us through the landscapes of this strange new world. They explore each other’s bodies in slow perreo choreographies, sing love songs, and communicate in a hybrid language mixing English, Spanish, and phonetic sounds – a language that emphasises the impossibility of fully expressing emotions.
Flesh can’t can’ t not’t ‘tis flesh h… takes us on a multisensorial exploration of identity and queer history, seen through the eyes of a Central American migrant in Europe.
