STUK START 2021
STUK kicks off the 21-22 season with two days of Dance, Image & Sound. The perfect introduction to our programme, and the first time in 18 months we can welcome you at full capacity again! Come sing and dance, come watch and enjoy, come early and stay late!
Get ready for a techno ritual by choreographer Lisa Vereertbrugghen, concerts by international electronic wizards like Loraine James and Lea Bertucci, the exhibition opening of Turner Prize winner Helen Cammock, a monumental dance video wall from Meg Stuart & Damaged Goods, new work by local heroes Up High Collective & Jan Duerinck, and 2 club nights curated by Not So Difficult & nacht.

FOOD
Th 16.9 18:00-23:00: Food stand by Kaboutervrouwtje (FB)
Ineke and Niels love good food with a heart for animals and respect for nature. This philosophy is the starting point for their dishes: vegan, seasonal products from local biological farmers. They also love collaborating with vegan entrepreneurs from the area. A kitchen with respect for man, animal and nature!
Fr 17.9 18:00-23:00: Food stand by 't Kraaienest
Seitan is the year-long specialty of 't Kraaienest. They choose a honest, plant-based kitchen with an eye for the climate and healthy products. Local, seasonal and package-free! During the COVID crisis, Stephan developed five different vegan sausages. They're delicious - try them during STUK START or during the World Cycling Championships in STUK!
